When Xero records cash, Logistaas should already know. This is the flagship finance-to-operations integration OnDraft ships today.

Shipped flow

Problem

Payments are recorded in Xero, then typed or exported into Logistaas. Timing drifts. Duplicates appear when someone retries. Month-end becomes a reconciliation of two truths.

System

Payment-received context from Xero is enriched to Logistaas fields, duplicate-checked, and posted with serial XERO-{id}. A 422 already-exists response is treated as success. Process runs are recorded.

Outcome

Less rekeying, faster reconciliation, and operational visibility of payment state without asking finance to screenshot Xero.

Xero is often the system of record for cash. Logistaas needs that same fact to release or reflect operational state. The gap between the two is usually a person.

OnDraft listens for invoice payment context from Xero, maps it to what Logistaas expects, and writes once. Idempotency is not an afterthought: the serial binds the two records together, and a duplicate response is a successful no-op.

If the cash is not in Xero yet, that is a collection problem — branded Pay Now pages sit in front of the invoice. This integration starts after the ledger already has the payment.

Operators can ask what happened to a payment from the process history. Bud can notify when configured. Finance keeps Xero as the ledger; operations stops guessing.

Is this a two-way sync of all Xero data?

No. This page describes the payment receipt path into Logistaas. We do not claim stock journals, invoice creation for every warehouse movement, or partner-certification status on this page.

What does serial XERO-{id} mean?

Each Logistaas payment created by the flow carries a serial derived from the Xero identifier, so retries and duplicate checks have a stable key.

Can Bud see these payments?

Process executions are recorded. Where Bud notification is configured, operators can be told without opening both systems.
