Xero payment pages for operations

What operations gets when Xero invoices collect on a branded Pay Now page instead of a delayed finance email.

Operations should not wait on a finance inbox to learn that an invoice is paid.

What changes

  • The customer pays on the page attached to the Xero invoice.
  • Xero receives the payment without a person rekeying it.
  • Release, credit, or the next warehouse step can follow paid as a system fact.

What does not change

The payment page does not become a WMS. Stock, picking and dispatch stay in warehouse software. The page’s job is to get cash onto the invoice so operations is not guessing.

When Logistaas (or another operational system) needs that same payment, the shipped Xero → Logistaas flow is the next step — enrich, duplicate check, create_payment.

Bud can answer “has this invoice been paid?” from the recorded run once the write-back is live — not from a forwarded screenshot.
