Software, warehouse systems and AI for operations
Eventoplexy
stock, orders and locations as events.
Eventoplexy is Dan Cluderay's way of designing operational software: every stock movement, order change and location change is recorded as an event. Current state is built from that history — not overwritten — so you keep a full audit trail, can replay what happened, and connect systems that were never built to talk to each other.

What Eventoplexy means in practice
Most operational tools store “what is true now”: quantity on hand, order status, bin location. That is convenient until something arrives out of order, a return lands before dispatch is closed, or two screens disagree. Eventoplexy keeps the sequence — received, moved, allocated, picked, packed, shipped, adjusted — as the source of truth. The numbers on screen are derived from that history.
The name is Dan's label for that discipline across stock, orders and locations. It sits in the wider work of OnDraft: software, warehouse systems and AI for operations — based in Worksop, and a member of Phoenix BNI Rotherham.
Why event-sourced stock and locations matter
- Audit trail by design. You can answer who moved what, when, and under which rule — without reconstructing from notes and spreadsheets.
- Replay. If a pick face is wrong at 3am, you can walk the events that led there instead of debating which table was refreshed last.
- Locations as containment. A tote in a cage on a trailer is not the same place as a tote on a pick face, even when both are still “in the building”. Eventoplexy models that nest rather than flattening it to a single code.
- Orders as projections. An order line is the outcome of allocation, pick, pack and ship events. A shortage is an event too — not a silent edit that finance and the warehouse learn about later.

Connecting systems that do not talk to each other
Eventoplexy is not only a warehouse idea. The same pattern applies when finance, ecommerce, CRM, couriers and a WMS each hold part of the truth. Integrations become streams of events with idempotency and a recorded run — not one-off scripts that copy rows until something changes on the other side.
That is the work OnDraft does day to day: warehouse and inventory systems, order management and fulfilment, ecommerce platforms, Xero and other API integrations, workflow automation, and practical AI where it removes repetitive operational work — not demos bolted onto a website.
Typical clients are not abstract “enterprises”. They are food wholesalers, ecommerce retailers, freight operators, and firms that outgrew spreadsheets but still depend on people to join the dots between systems.
Who is behind Eventoplexy
Dan Cluderay founded OnDraft and uses Eventoplexy as the design lens for operational software — especially where stock, locations and orders must stay honest under pressure. He is based in Worksop (51 Doncaster Road, Costhorpe, Worksop S81 9QW) and meets regularly with Phoenix BNI Rotherham.
