### Connecting finance and logistics. (Finance × logistics)

- Problem: Payments manually reconciled between Xero and Logistaas, with duplicates when staff retried a failed post.
- System: Xero connected to Logistaas using an event-driven, duplicate-safe create_payment flow with serial XERO-{id}.
- Outcome: Less rekeying, faster reconciliation, and immediate operational visibility of payment state.

### Live selling the warehouse can fulfil. (Live commerce)

- Problem: Live shows converted, then fulfilment broke because orders did not behave like every other warehouse order.
- System: OnDraft Live hosts the show and routes orders into Dark Store Systems with the same operational rigour as other channels.
- Outcome: A live channel coupled to warehouse authority, rather than a bolt-on streaming checkout.

### A warehouse system that matches the floor. (Warehouse operations)

- Problem: Stock, picking and dispatch lived in a mix of tools and knowledge that only a few supervisors could reconcile.
- System: Warehouse software designed around locations, labour and release rules, with channels as guests of that authority.
- Outcome: One operational picture for pick, pack and dispatch — ready for Bud to answer status from live state.
