# Wholesale

> OnDraft builds connected systems for wholesale businesses — orders, stock, finance and dispatch working as one, with Bud as an AI employee on the operation.

Wholesale breaks in the gaps: sales order to warehouse, warehouse to invoice, invoice to cash, cash back to release. We draft the system around those gaps.

Wholesale is a process business pretending to be a product business. The product is known. The pain is everything around it — allocations, account terms, partials, courier cut-offs, and finance asking if last week’s invoices were paid.

OnDraft maps that operating loop and builds the software and integrations that make it run. AI agents then sit on the loop: status, exceptions, chasing missing information, updating systems.

## Common bottlenecks

- Rekeying orders from email or CRM into the warehouse
- Credit and payment status living only in finance
- Dispatch booked by hand at the end of the day
- Nobody able to answer “where is that order?” without a hunt

## Systems we connect

- Order intake connected to warehouse allocation
- Finance events (Xero and peers) tied to operational release
- Courier dispatch from packed state
- Bud answering account and order status from live systems

## FAQs

### Do you only work with dark stores?

No. Wholesale, ecommerce fulfilment and mixed operations are all in scope. Dark Store Systems is one product we build; the company drafts systems around the business in front of us.

### Can this work with trade counters and van sales?

If those channels share stock or credit with the warehouse, they belong on the map. We do not force a single channel story.
