# Finance Operations

> OnDraft connects finance systems such as Xero, QuickBooks and Sage to operational software so cash, invoices and fulfilment stop being reconciled by hand.

Finance operations is not “buy a better ledger”. It is making sure the ledger and the floor agree without a person in between.

Our shipped Xero → Logistaas payment flow is the concrete example: payment events, duplicate-safe writes, serials, process history.

Collecting the cash can start on branded Xero payment pages — Pay Now on a page the business owns, then Xero is told once. Around that we design the rest of the handshake — what operations may release, what Bud may say about payment state, what month-end can trust.

## Common bottlenecks

- Payments typed into a second system
- Pay Now that leaves the Xero invoice for a generic processor page
- Release waiting on a finance email
- Duplicates from retries
- No audit trail from ledger event to operational record

## Systems we connect

- Xero, QuickBooks or Sage as cash authority
- Branded Xero Pay Now pages with duplicate-safe write-back
- Operational payment create with idempotency
- Process run history
- Bud notifications and status

## FAQs

### Do you replace our accountants?

No. We remove the operational rekeying around the ledger.

### Is Xero required?

Xero is the flagship shipped path. QuickBooks and Sage are in the same family of work.
