# Sage to Logistaas integration

> Connect Sage payment and invoice events to Logistaas so finance and operations share one payment truth without rekeying.

Sage often remains the finance backbone. It should not require a CSV ritual to tell operations that a customer has paid.

**Problem:** Sage holds payment state. Logistaas does not, until someone exports, emails, or retypes. The delay shows up as blocked orders, duplicate receipts, and month-end noise.

**System:** We identify the Sage events that mean “cash is in”, map them to Logistaas payment creation, and apply duplicate-safe serials and recorded process runs.

**Outcome:** Operational systems reflect Sage cash without a person acting as middleware.

Sage deployments vary — which is exactly why a generic “Sage integration” tile is usually fiction. We treat Sage as the finance authority you already run, and Logistaas as the operational system that needs a trustworthy payment event.

The design is the same as our Xero work: a named trigger, an enriched payload, an idempotent write, and a history you can query when something looks wrong.

Show us the bottleneck — which Sage company, which payment types, which Logistaas action should follow — and we draft the path around that, not around a logo.

## FAQs

### Which Sage product do you support?

We scope against the Sage product you actually run. This page is the commercial landing for Sage ↔ Logistaas, not a claim that every Sage SKU is already wired.

### Will you replace Sage?

No. Sage remains the finance system of record. We connect it.
